At the inaugural NOYIFF Film Festival, we invited a panel of expert judges who brought diverse perspectives and a rigorous professional approach to evaluating the shortlisted works. The assessment encompassed multiple dimensions, including artistic inspiration, innovative exploration, imagination, and narrative, ensuring the authority and fairness of the selection process. After thorough deliberation, 18 outstanding works were ultimately nominated for the finals from the 126 entries.
